CddHoward Consulting Ltd. provides specialist services for development and implementation of decision support systems for water management, including hydrologic forecasting, flood operations, reservoir scheduling and hydroelectric planning and operations. We are advisors to the World Bank, governments, cities, and industry on water supply and distribution, and receiving water quality protection and to hydroelectric utilities. Our recent work is located in Canada, the United States, Russia, China, and Vietnam.

We are interested in providing expert advice at an early stage in the planning of major water projects, or for improving the operation of existing projects through better management of facilities and the available water resources.
